*General Checkout Information*
So you are finished with your design and are ready to place your order! Great! Follow these steps to ensure a smooth checkout:
1)Double check your quantities in the shopping cart to make sure everything is accurate.
2)Enter your zip code (required) and press the "apply" button.
3)Chose your shipping method of "Pick-up Local Pickup" and hit "apply"
4)Enter your coupon from your voucher that starts with "LS" and hit "apply"
5)Review your order and make sure everything looks correct. Then click "Checkout Now"
6)Follow the checkout process to complete your order.
Q: Do I have to place my order online?
A: Yes. Your coupon is configured to work with our online web ordering system.
Q: How many shirts do I have to order?
A: The minimum order is ten shirts. All of the shirts have to have the same design on them.
Q: I am having trouble with the design studio. What should I do?
A: Please contact us via email and we can assist you. Our friendly design team can help you finish your design if you are having trouble.
Q: Can I upload my own art or logo to use in the shirt design?
A: Yes but please keep in mind that if you place your order with artwork that is not high quality enough for us to screen print we will not be able to print your order until we can get a logo that is adequate quality for screen printing. We will contact you if this occurs.
Q: How do I use my coupon to get a discount?
A: Its easy! After you have designed your shirts and added your quantities to the shopping cart just enter your coupon code in the coupon code box located in the shopping cart on our website. Please only enter the code when you are ready for checkout. You code is good for only one use!
Q: I am having trouble with my coupon code or it does not work. What should I do?
A: We assure you that you will get the discount you paid for. If your code does not work for some reason please contact us and we will work with you to fix the issue directly. Please include that you need help with your coupon code in the subject line of the email.
Q: When will my order be ready?
A: Please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to print your order. We will contact you via email once your order is complete. You can pick it up at 1102 Huger Street, Columbia, SC, 29201.
Q: Can I have my order shipped to me?
A: We are unable to provide free shipping for Living Social orders and ask you to pick it up at our store. All you need to do is enter your zip code, hit "apply" then select "Pick-up Local Pickup" before checking out.
If you need your order shipped please enter your zip code, hit "apply" and then select UPS ground shipping in the shopping cart. If free shipping is selected your order will not be able to ship out.
